Terms & Conditions

By booking a tour with Inspirotours you accept the following terms: (1) Bookings are confirmed only after our express communication. (2) Prices include the official guide and the services listed for each tour; entries, transport and meals are not included unless stated. (3) Cancellation: free up to 48 hours before the tour; cancellations within 24 hours may incur 50% of the price; no-show equals 100%. (4) Inspirotours reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour for safety, weather or force majeure reasons, offering a full refund or rescheduling. (5) Participants are responsible for their own equipment and physical condition. (6) Inspirotours holds public liability insurance. (7) Liability disclaimer: participation in any tour is at the participant's own responsibility and risk. To the extent permitted by law, Inspirotours accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, illness, loss of or damage to personal belongings, or any other harm that may occur during or in connection with a tour. This clause does not affect the public liability insurance referred to in (6), nor any liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. wilful misconduct or gross negligence). Participants confirm that they are in adequate physical condition for the booked activity and undertake to follow the guide's instructions at all times.
